Abstract

This research describes the compensation, motivation and employee performance at CV. Dwi Putra Perkasa Garment Malang analyzed the effect of compensation on employee performance with motivation as a moderating variable. The research samples are employees who have a minimum of a year work period and totally 45 peoples. Sampling uses Proportional Random Sampling. Simple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of compensation variables on employee performance. Moderate analysis to determine the moderating between the effect of compensation on employee performance. The results showed that compensation is enough category, employee performance enough category and motivation enough category. Compensation has an effect on employee performance. Motivation variable moderating the effect of compensation on employee performance. Moderate variables increase the percentage effect of compensation and employee performance which means the motivation gives force the effect of compensation on employee performance.
