Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine how the procedures from Collecting Parking Fees, is it effective or not and than to assessing the performance of transportation agencies. The research is a case study which was conducted by observing directly to the object. Data used in this research is a secondary data, the data consists of data on local regulation relating to parking. Based on the financial indicators as a measurement by using the formula of the effectiveness, efficiency and contribution to know how the performance from transportation agencies to realization income from collecting parking fees. The result from effectiveness show that performance from the transportation agencies already effective, because level from the effectiveness has reached the level of 100% and contribution revenue increased from year 2008 until 2009
