Abstract
This research have the character of quantitative descriptive and qualitative with title “Analysis Produce Level and Condition of Health of Environment at Small Industry of Convection in Desa Sobontoro Tulungagung” When monetary economy crisis knock over Indonesia by the end of 1990, we earn to see that many big effort which is kolaps and experience of debility causing going down of national production and the increasing of created unemployment number effect of the wide-speading of disconnection of relation work and the least new job vacancy which created. On the contrary, small and medium Industry (UKM) have proved that them of realtif can stay from crisis become giver of employment for many people. Role of UKM in Indonesia economics can be useful if them have good performance. Performance an industrial organization can be seen from good efficiency level in use age of resource and also replay requirement of consumer. Besides supported with good performance and correct actions which conducted by industrial owner in running its industry, hence do not less important an industry pay attention the condition of health of its industrial environment. Because UU Ketenagakerjaan based on, each: every labour entitled to get protection of health, and safety in working. Intention of this writing is to analyse variable influencing production level convering capital, expense of. Production and labour and to know the condition of health of environment covering physical factor, chemical and phychological factor at small industry convection in Desa Sobontoro Tulungagung. Technique data collecting the used is by interview, questioner and documentation. While source of data the used primary data that is obtained data with survey using method data collecting of original. Data that is data which have been collected by institute compiler of data and publicized to society consumer of data. Data obtained from the office Kepala Desa Sobontoro Tulungagung. Result of this research is that capital variable, and labour variable have an effect on positive to production level. While at health condition of environment, all labour assess that any good in a condition. Either from physical factor, chemical and psychology factor. As for writer suggestion is to improve the amount of capital, production cost and labour amount to increase the amount of industrial owner and production more paying attention about condition of health of its industrial environment. Utilize to improve labour professional.
