To the effect this research is subject to be known job training fires an employee on Room Division Malang Pelangi Hotel. To know the significanties of influence training for work performance to fire an employee on Room Division Pelangi Hotel Malang. There is utility even research that want in particular been reached for firm is expected gets to be made by entry or judgment material in decision making for side sectioned corporate Management personnel. The analysis tool that is utilized in this research which is with manggunakan scale range and anlisis is simple linear regression.
