Abstract
The research aimed to find out the leadership style at Sangkar Jaya Turen Company Malang, to find out the working satisfaction level applied by Sangkar Jaya which influenced employee work satisfaction. Analysis method used to measure the influence of leadership style to employee working satisfaction is multiple correlation analysis, multiple regression, F test and t test. The research showed that Sangkar Jaya Company Malang has stood since 1986. The location is on Jalan Jatirenggo 05 Turen Malang. Organization structure is linear where the duty and responsibility flow from up to down. Sangkar Jaya moved in birdcage field. The leadership applied nowadays is situational (selling). By situational leadership, employee’s working satisfaction was increased. Duty behavior variable (X1) and relationship variable (X2), influenced working satisfaction (Y) in 55% value supported by F count 25,017 larger than F table 3,15 and signification level is 0,000
