From the writer’s research, factors caused ‘chaos fight’ crime were : simple thought of society, strict social-economy condition, collective mass, society’s anxiousness, and society’s solidarity when seeing somebody stir up trouble at their relative’s event. The Law Officers handling in ‘Chaos Fight’ crime was by persuasive approach to Pandansari Villagers before they caught the main provoker, people’s figure did internal approach to calm the people, people’s figure of Northern and Southern Pandansari approached each other externally, did law trial to the criminals. The problems faced were the amount of subjects troubled the case, village culture where criminal was finished in local way, people’s figure protected their people who involved ‘chaos fight’. The writer suggest for the Police Officer to pay attention to the village character as a region which able to finish their law problem independently.
