Abstract

Training is meant to repair mastery various craft and certain work execution technique, inci and routine. in the hook with aim achievement company to can compete in global competition, so employee as spear end company must follow training so that has ability. This watchfulness aim detects to how employee work training, employee performance level description at PT. Create Tirta Sumengko Gresik and to detect to what influential work training towards employee performance at PT. Create Tirta Sumengko Gresik. Analyzer that used in this watchfulness that is by using scale distance and simple linear regression. scale distance analysis result shows that training production part employees in pt. create tirta sumengko gresik enter in category appropriate while hit production part employee performance pt. create tirta sumengko gresik enter in good category. the result can prove that during the time in work at company employees appropriate according to quality, quantity and completion of task time can according to maximal at do by employee so that cause production part employee performance enters in good category. regression analysis result that done to show that has influence significant towards employee performance production part employees in pt. create tirta sumengko gresik with regression coefficient value obtainable result as big as 0,880, the mentioned shows that training variable influence magnitude towards employee performance production part employees in PT. Create Tirta Sumengko Gresik. Keyword: Training And Performance
