Abstract
This research represent the case study of On Duty Earnings of Area of Regency Ngawi with the title " Analyse The Contribution of Area Iease of To local expenditure (PAD). This Research Target to analyse the Contribution of area Iease to of local expenditure (PAD), analysing tax effort of Regency Ngawi, analysing storey level of effectiveness of area Iease, and also to know how effort local government in improving its area earnings. Analyzer used by that is analyse the contribution, tax effort, analyse the Yardstick effectiveness to determine whether/what acceptance of area Iease have effective is if effectiveness obtained by minimize to reach 1 or 100%. Result of contribution analysis of each Iease to totalizeing Area Iease show the biggest contribution come from lighting Iease walke while smallest contribution come from Iease Park, result of analysis of contribution of Area Iease to original Earnings during 3 year successively that is from year of its 2005-2007 contribution mean reach 40%, while tax effort of Regency Ngawi still be very low every year experience of the year degradation 2005 reaching 1,49%, year 2006 equal to 1,38 %, year 2007 equal to 1,26%. eight Effectiveness result of area Iease that is hotel Iease, restaurant Iease, Advertisement Iease, Entertainment Amusement Iease, Lighting Iease Walke The, Iease of Substance of Dig of Goal C, Iease Park the, Nestle Iease, showing effective result 3 year successively that is Lighting Iease Walke and Nestle Iease. Pursuant to the research result, is hence expected by so that to be On Duty Earnings of Area of Regency Ngawi can improve the acceptance of area Iease by conducting efforts as follows: conducting data repeat to hit the taxpayer every year, because big possibility still a lot of taxpayer in Regency Ngawi which still not yet been enlisted by as taxpayer, conducting urge to society and non-stoped to do/conduct the counselling activity hit its his important is awareness pay for the Iease, improving Human Resource of organizer PAD by participating local goverment in Monetary Courses of Area.
