Abstract

The Influence of Islamic Religious Education Teacher's Personality Competence on Student Morale in Malang State Vocational High School 5; Muhammad Saiful Anam: 201510010311079: Tarbiyah Islamic Education Study Program at the Faculty of Islam, University of Muhammadiyah Malang. This study aims to determine the relationship between the competencies of the teachers of Islamic religious education on the morality of students in Vocational High School 5 Malang.This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of explanatory research and uses the survey research format. This study used 79 samples from 99 populations. The method of data collection in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire that was distributed to all respondents. Of all the data obtained, they were collected and tested for validity and reliability then calculated by Product Moment. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between the competence of the teacher's personality in Islamic education and student morale. This is evidenced by the suitability of the count which has r-count greater than r-table, namely r-count 0.681 and r-table 0.221 in the significant level of 5%.
