Abstract

ABSTRACT M Iqbal Faruqi; NIM 201510510311068; Comparison of Sharia Gold Mortgage Estimates in Islamic Banking and Sharia This research was aimed to acknowledge sharia gold pawn which was appropriate sharia, also knowing and comparing how to estimate sharia gold pawn which was conducted by sharia banking and sharia pawnshop especially to Bank Sharia Mandiri KC Denpasar and Sharia Pegadaian in Denpasar. There were many consideration which might be concern from how to estimate gold pawn namely estimator must comprehend how to hold test which was because it would determine from percentage and gold weight that in estimating will be effective by administration cost, financing, etc. This research used qualitative approach by using study case method. In eddition, the process of collecting data used decomention, interview, and observation method. Furthermore, estimating the gold pawn could not be separated by its gold pawn was because it was essential part from the sharia gold pawn product.
