Abstract

Communications effectiveness with job participation have very strength relation. Efective communications will launch the way work participation. Because work participation require togetherness to reach the target of organization, and then togetherness require mutually understanding from all individual in organization. Understanding will form if there is communications efectiveness among them. Therefore, the purpose of this research to knowing relation between communications effectiveness with work participation. Communications efectiveness is succeeding communications process, where information or message from sender can be arrested by receiver better without happened distortion or deviation ( misperseption, misinterpretation, misunderstanding ) This communication effectiveness expressed in communication effectiveness scale covering congeniality, influence at attitude and action. Participation is fisic, mental and emotional of persons in group situations that encourage them to contribute to group goals and share responsibility for them. This work participation expressed in work participation scale covering fisic, mental and emotioanal of person, motivation contribute and share responsibility for them. This research device is research device is non experiment. While population weared is employee of Mega bank Branch Of Kedungdoro surabaya amounting to 50 people, because population less than 100 so researcher use altogether so this research is research of population. Data collecting method use scale representing an statement list writen wich must be answered or filled by subjek as source of data. To know there is do not it relation between communications effectiveness with work participation, so researcher use statistical technique in analysing data that is by using correlation of product moment. Pursunt to result of obtained data analysis, to be know correlation coefficient value = 0,677 with signifikan value ( P ) = 0,000 and effective contribution ( r ) wich given communications effectiveness variables at work participation wqual to 0,458 or 45,8 %. While its positive correlation direction.
