Abstract

This time. working performance evaluation is being important issue for increasing working performance of an enterprise. Skilled, professional and high achievement human resources will fuliilled if an individual pushed to have better working performance. Principal purp,~~.c in working performance evaluation is motivating a person to achieve organization target and to fulfill behaviour standard that has been decided before, with the result that it will make an action and a product which are wanted by organization. PT TELKOM manage a business pass through the best practices by optimize excellent human resources and build a profit networking on both sides and support it well each other. The implementation of working performance evaluation will useful to support acceleration activity if occuring slowness and completing if there is a deviation. The implementation of working performance evaluation have a purpose to motivate the employees to always make a competence and have optimum performance pass through 360 degree working performance evaluation system and SKI (Individual Work Target). This research will be shown the ;coring method, assessor, basic evaluation and evaluation elements toward individual working motivation. Results from this research will show how big is the influence of working performance evaluation of PT.TELKOM towards employee's work motivation.
