Company " Langgeng" one of the industry with yielded by product is triplek for furniture like cupboard;locker, chair and others. entering emulation era which progressively tighten hence company claimed to can best performance menunjukan in fulfilling satisfaction of consumer among others at the price of which is reached and accomplishment of correct request of time. From result of research, in this time company faced by problem of the existence of big enough downtime and damage of machine during production process take place. This matter is caused by company of triplek only doing/conducting record-keeping of historical data about damage of machine so that from this just system still not yet earned to be known when machine will experience of damage and also when the component told improper wear and must be done replacement. So that in the event of damage and replacement of component is not available hence process will desist and cause very big machine downtime. Without existence of good planning, hence if there is an production process internal issue specially natural machine of damage hence will eat many time in overcoming and will bother production process as a whole in one lino especially if the damage happened at machine of rotary parer. At this machine of wood of dadap circular will be pared to be made by wood sheet / venir which later will in press to be made by this process and triplek represent early from production process of triplek as a whole To overcome the the problem will be conducted by planning of international replacement of component which can meninimasi of is expense of treatment before natural component of damage that is by using method of Age Replacement With applying of model determination of optimal time interval, in range of time 33 months, hence cost-saving if conducting preventive replacement of component to one machine unit of Rotary in getting at V-Belt component equal to Rp 1.729.392,35 with percentage of 49,72 %. Component of Bearing equal to Rp 662.850,823 with percentage of 31,49 %., and [at] component Enchain and Gear equal to Rp 895.180,95 with percentage of equal to 30,71 %.
