Abstract

A hospital is a health facility that is very important and so needed by the community, especially in precarious conditions such as during traffic accidents, work and various other things that require immediate help from medical personnel. Hospitals provide different types of care for each case condition that they want to deal with, such facilities as the ER (Emergency Unit) which are usually provided by small hospitals with certain facilities that accumulate the handling of patients who need immediate care, while IGD (Emergency Installation ) usually provided by large hospitals with more doctors and also providing specialist doctors in handling certain conditions and of course the equipment provided is also more complete than the ER. designing, realizing and testing Android applications that can provide recommendations for the nearest hospital in an emergency that implements the Google Map Application Programming Interface and Haversine Formula to find the easiest route and alternative route into an Android-based programming language so as to produce hospital recommendations within the specified radius shown Google Map API. The purpose of this study is to implement the Google Map Application Programming Interface and Haversine Formula method to provide hospital recommendations within a user-defined radius so that users can more effectively reach a recommendation point if the user has estimated how he would reach that point. In the application it also provides directions to the recommended object using the Google MAP API along with alternative routes if something happens that requires a route transfer management.
