Abstract

Tahura Raya R. Soerjo Region. Geographically, the forest is located at 7 ° 40 '10' - 7 ° 49 '31 "LS and 112 ° 22' 13" - 112 ° 46 '30 "BT. Tahura Raya R. Soerjo as a whole has configurations varying between flat, hilly and mountains with altitudes between 1,000-3,000 masl. The study aims to provide data and information on the potential diversity of macrophages in the Tahura Raya R. Soerjo Region, which is expected to be a reference in the preservation and utilization of makrofungi, using cruise methods and transect methods. Based on the results of the study found 50 genera, the results of calculation of dominance index (D), diversity index (H), and evenness index (E). The highest macrophages are Microporus.sp.4 and Byssomerulius.sp.2 with values D = 0.052239, H = -0.15421, and E = 2.639057, the high values of D, H, and E, indicate that Microporus.sp.4 and Byssomeruli.sp.2. The group most commonly founded was from the order of Agaricales with 11 families, 23 genera, while the macrofungi which are few found are the order of the Pezizales 1 genus. Makrofungi has the potential to have 6 genera, namely Auricularia, Pleurotus, and Mycena, while those that can be consumed as drugs such as Ganoderma, Xylaria, Caprinus, Collybia and Marasmius. Measurements of environmental characteristics during the observations were 3 times 3 days of repetition of light intensity measurements with an average of 390.6 lux, average soil pH of 6.2, average soil moisture of 5.0, average air humidity of 91.3 % and standard deviation of 0.453, and air temperature measurements averaged 19.3Co and standard deviation of 1.38. Supporting the growth of macrophages in the forest of Sanggar Block SKKPKH Mojokerto in the Tahura R. Soerjo area.
