Abstract

Dengue Haemorhagig (DHF) is a disease that is caused by dengue virus. It is spread to human body thorugt Aedes aegypti’s bite. It caused serious fever to human for two till seven days. Bleeding manifestation, usually, is preceded by the specific signal in human body. It is like spot at victim’s skin. Then, the victim will experience shocked or even pass away. One of the preventations is renstraining the vector. Nowadays, the preventation that is done is fumigation and extension of abate powdwer. However, it is not the only way to remove Aedes aegypti’s mortality. One of the ways is removing the larva of Aedes aegypti lose easily. Citrus aurantifolia swinle is a kind of plants that has insecticide quality. The significance of this study is knowing the influence of the concentration of citrus aurantifolia’s extract towards aedes aegypti’s mortality. Besides, it was held to know the most dominant concentration that influence towards aedes aegypti’s mortality. It was experimental research. It was held in the chemistry laboratory of University of Muhammadiyah Malang on November 12-20, 2007. the research method is complete Random Program with 6 treatment and 4 times repeating, such as A (0ppm), B (20ppm), C (40ppm), D(60ppm), E (80ppm), F (100ppm). It used One direction Anava. The result of this study showed that there is influence of spreading of citrus aurantifolia’s extract toward Aedes aegypti’s mortality. The most dominat mortality in 100 ppm contration.
