Abstract
forging process represent eldest workmanship process and have genesis from is clever of iron from away back where its principle of him is workmanship of heat at executed metal by hitting of hammer / done/conducted hitting mechanically pres. with growth of science and technology hence forging process can be developed and used many in producing good machine components of tool machine and also machines / component of otomotif other is including rem disk. where rem represent safety of its its his very important vehicle. braking systems performance become of vital importance assist to control fastly of vehicle specially to discontinue to accelerate at the time of needed. this skripsi aim to to analyse the process of disk put on the brakes motor speda with printing;mould process forge closed, which passing some process that is blanking, warm-up, forge, and milling of drilling. this matter is meant to yield capacities produce disk of speda motor bigly, so that writer can know appropriate analysis in the form of style, machinery time and energy to once rem disk production process. At technical calculation in the reality, process of disk put on the brakes with process of forging have slimmer sequence and require slimmer time and require shorter time for the mass production of.
