The job satisfaction is representing with an attitude from a person in way at project themselves. This matter making a satisfaction represents one of the important problems and requires being attention with and studied carefully, it’s because the satisfaction have a value to organization, employee, and also institute. This research is important with all employees because the sources and causes about the job satisfaction enable them to increase their life prosperity. KPPN is a different governmental institution or organization with non government organization if the employee which dissatisfy with their work, the employee wouldn’t conduct an action causing fatal eliminate status as Government Employee (PNS), the employees which dissatisfy will be no action and accepting. The target of this research is to finding the existence of job satisfaction difference between male and female employee at Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN) in Malang City. In this research, researcher has a hypothesis, that is: there is job satisfaction difference between male and female employee at Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN) in Malang City. The Analyzer instrument which aim to know about the difference between male and female employee using analysis with Mann Whitney test with calculation test Z, while to know the existence of job satisfaction difference between male and female employee if in calculation test Mann Whitney showed point Zhitung > Ztabel with = 5% equal to 1,96. The analysis result showing there are job satisfaction difference factor at male and female employee, for the job satisfaction factor which consist of job factor with value -2.393, promotion factor with value - 2.505, there are job satisfaction between male and woman employee, while at job satisfaction factor which consist of employee factor with value - 1.341, head factor with value -. 176, and partners factor with value - 1.075 job satisfactions couldn't significant between male and female employee. obtained conclusion from analysis result, hence is given a suggestion at (KPPN) in Malang City have to do more an action and wiser without respect of between male and female employee, and giving a job different variation, and so rising the employee working spirit, that give best result to the goal which is height job satisfaction.
