Keywords: Quality Control Production This research entitled "Product Quality Supervision At PT. Enchantment of Malang Youth. " The purpose of this study were (a) To know the quality control of products made by PT. Teens Enchantment of Malang. (B) To determine the number of defective products that can be tolerated by the company. This research is located at. Teens Enchantment of Malang. The research is a case study. The type of data used is the primary data of the number of defective products on the production, while secondary data products and defective products. The samples were taken every month for 25 months. Analysis of data using Pareto charts, and graphs p-chart. Based on research results, can be summed up as follows: (1) Based on the results of pareto diagram production Caesar brand jeans can be seen that the largest production defect is due to an uneven fabric. So that the defect control process carried out on an uneven fabric defects. (2) Based on calculations derived p control chart control limits on (UCL) of 0.496251 while the lower control limit (LCL) of - 0.016251 with a median value (CTR) of 0.24 so that all observations within the control limits statistically, also in accordance with control limits determined by the company is 3%. So Caesar brand jeans products that do not meet the standard of quality is still within reasonable limits because it is still within control limits. As for suggestions that can be given are: (1) The company is expected to provide appropriate training and in accordance with the specialization that is owned by labor, before labor directly involved in the production process. And split or specialized manpower in certain parts, whether it's part of cutting, the sewing and so forth. To reduce the number of products that do not meet minimum quality standards. (2) Company hoped to act immediately correcting towards supervision and control manufacturing process so faults products immediately be known, thus mistake lebuh lot of products may be pressured to mendapatka semiimal maximum results. (3) The company is expected to pay more attention to the welfare of its employees, namely by providing stimulation that is by providing stimulation or bonuses for employees.
