Abstract

The use of media in thematic learning is needed. With the media students can better understand the material presented. School only uses printed books. For this reason Tridi media was developed Book Dolanan , which is a three-dimensional media and can be seen from all directions so that it can visualize students about the material in traditional games. This study aims to produce a product in the form of a decent Tridi Book Dolanan media . This research is a type of development research. The development model used in this study ADDIE model consists of 5 stages, namely, Analyze (analysis), Design (design), Development (development),Implementation (implementation), Evaluation ( evaluation) which later became the final product in the form of Tridi Book media Dolanan. The data analysis technique used is quantitative and qualitative. The students were tested on third grade students of Pisangcandi 4 SDN Malang. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire that was used to analyze the needs of third grade teachers at Pisangcandi 4 Elementary School in Malang.Questionnaires are used for media validation activities for material experts, media experts, and learning experts. The results of this study are in the form of Tridi Book Dolanan media on thematic learning in grade III elementary schools that are feasible. The results of the validation by the material validator obtained a percentage of 94.00% level of validity with a very feasible category. The results of the validation by the media validator obtained a percentage of 93.00% with a very feasible category. validation by the learning validator obtained a percentage of 92.00% with a very feasible category. After being feasible to be tested, the researcher conducted a field trial in class III. The results of the student response questionnaire obtained a percentage of 77.15% with a feasible category. With the final score 89.03 with a very decent description. Thus, the Tridi Book Dolanan learning media that has been developed is appropriate for use in the learning process.
