Abstract

Moral formation at this time is very important for someone's life in dealing with each other, formation can be carried out and created in any circle, whether at home, school or society. Like the one implemented by the 4 Gempol Muhammadiyah Middle School, which is about the implementation of the 5S program (greetings, smiles, greetings, courtesy and courtesy), this program is a program that leads to students' moral formation in carrying out their daily activities in school, moral formation through the 5S program as well conducted by the school by including it in each school's extracurricular learning and activities. This study aims to describe how the implementation of the 5S program (greetings, smiles, greetings, courtesy and courtesy) in shaping the morals of students in SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Gempol and also the results of the 5S program implementation (greetings, smiles, greetings, polite and polite) in shaping morals students at SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Gempol. This research can be useful not only to the author but also useful to SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Gempol. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research. The subjects in this study had 4 informants, namely the headmaster, student staff, PAI teacher and several students at SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Gempol. Data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of research on the implementation of the 5S program (greetings, smiles, greetings, courtesy and courtesy) in shaping students' morals through 4 stages. The stages are starting from forming the picket teacher in each activity, always guided by the violation point book in terms of discipline, program implementation and program evaluation. The formation of picket teachers is done to monitor students so they can be more intense and comprehensive. Guided by the violation point book is very useful as a benchmark for students to act. The implementation of the program is to implement the program that has been prepared. Program evaluation is an evaluation of the 5S program through regular meetings every semester. The results of the implementation above show that the response of students to the implementation of the 5S program at 4 Gempol Muhammadiyah Middle School is to accept the implementation of the program in schools with reduced levels of delinquency, skipping school and despicable actions while in school.
