Abstract

The design of Doublee Tee Beam in Toll Road of Surabaya-Gempol in the section of Waru to Sidoarjo at 16+450 km to 28+700 km is planned as a \n alternative choice of the bridge girder. Double Tee Beam bridge, especially in Indonesia, seem unfamilliar which has a length 38 m and width 3.35 m. The bridge designed segmentally. The purpuse of this research is to conduct a planning on the upper structures, such as barrier, bridge floor, and girder. Technically, the planning is initiated by collecting the data from the variety of literatures. In the frist stage, the initial design has a high 1.6 m. Furthemore, the researcher calculates the loading and prestressed style as well as stress control. The planning of loadings covers dead load, additional dead load, and live load. Then, the calculation is pursued by analyzing prestressed style with Pi = 37937.34 kN, the loss of styles is 30 percent, the total of tendon in 8 with 216 strand, girder reinforcement, sliding reinforcement, end block calculation, and deflection control. The prestressed style while transferring is ft=-3,36 MPa < fti=-3,87 MPa and fb=-33,75 MPa < fc=-60 MPa; and while serving is ft=-18,11 MPa < fti=-33,75 and fb=2,834 MPa < fc=4,33 MPa. The result of deflection control are safe with 10 mm deflection and are fulfilling the requirement of ∆ = 47,5 mm.
