Abstract

Teaching and learning model is one off cause wich can influence to motivations and student achievement study. Choice of teaching and learning model is one off to increase quality teaching and learning efforts. The utilizing of teaching and learning method exactly and have variations can be motivated in teaching and learning activities at school. This research have purpose to know that teaching and learning model was used by teacher of class X in Muhammadiyah 1 Malang senior high school and what could it be after using teaching and learning model, mathematic teaching and learning can be effective. This research using qualitative approach wich have descriptions characteristic. The data was taking of this research is observations result from teaching and learning activity, observations result from student activity, and result from the study completeness while looking from student final examinations. While the data source is all of the students in class X Muhammadiyah 1 Malang senior high school (there are 17 student). The conclutions from this research is teaching and learning model was used in class X Muhammadiyah 1 Malang senior high school inclined or have tendency to innovative teaching and learning model. The teaching and learning in class X Muhammadiyah 1 Malang senior high school can be said effective, it visible from student activity during positive teaching and learning that is 82,68 % more than negative student activities is it 8,26 % and teaching and learning model wich as used reached for the study completeness on a classical that is 82,35 %
