The results showed that Al-Zuhri has the characteristics of spiritual leadership. Al-Zuhri's spiritual leadership components include (1) leaders who are religious and intellectual, as an individual and a group; and with their own set of inner life, spiritual practices. Leaders’ spiritual practices are transformed into organizational culture. Similarly, spiritual values are entrenched in the organization, such as sincerity, taqwā, honesty, respecting self and others. The leader of Al-Zuhri spreads spiritual values through altruistic love which is summarized in them care, concern and appreciation to self and others; vision that gather motivation for staff to be with the organization in the journey towards destination, mission that is full of spiritual values and the provision of hope and faith (2) Al-Zuhri embodies a spiritual environment where staff experience a sense that working life has meaning and that they can make difference for themselves and others (calling); and a sense of spiritual well-being due to their spiritual and social needs being fulfilled (membership). (3) The effects of spiritual leadership to the members of organization are the commitment, life satisfaction, ownership to the vision and mission, commitment to customers, creation of leaders, customers’ satisfaction, development opportunities of the organization. x The development of Islamic religious education was made possible through 1) Al-Zuhri's Spiritual Leadership and their spiritual values that encourage enthusiasm. (2) The vision and mission of Islamic education that has broad insights and wide potential for development. (3) The efforts towards development that encompass programs, training centers, collaborations, quality improvements and opportunities for education. The development of Islamic education in Al-Zuhri can be seen from the chronology of its achievements since the 14 years of its establishment and is still highly motivated to enliven the Islamic education for the Muslim community of Singapore. The finding is Al-Zuhri's Integrative Spiritual Leadership model which is the integration of spiritual leadership in organizational context of Fry's and the concept of Tobroni's spiritual leadership.
