Abstract

Balanced Scorecard is one method used to design a performance measurement system in a company. In this research, Balance Scorecard method is combined with Objective Matrix (OMAX) and Traffic Light System (TLS) which serves to measure and evaluate the performance of one of the small and medium industries in the field of convection, namely CV. IB My Project. Based on the results of identification carried out on CV. IB My Project, obtained 4 perspectives that are used as benchmarks, including: finance, customers, internal business processes, and learning and growth. Based on the results of the performance measurement system design obtained 14 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) covering 5 KPIs in the Financial perspective, 3 KPIs on customer perceptions, 3 KPIs on the internal business process perspective, and 3 KPIs on the learning and growth perspective. While the index of achievement of company performance is 4,918 or in the Scoring System Objective Matrix (OMAX) scale is in the score of 4-5 which means that the performance achieved is not good because it is still slightly above average, and in the Traffic Light System (TLS) getting yellow which means that the achievement of the performance indicator has not been achieved even though the value is nearing the target. That way, management must be careful with the various possibilities.
