## Abstract

Medaeng Bridge is one of supporting facilities which located on the toll roads Surabaya-Gempol. The construction is built using the structure steel with the three girders, the height 152 meters, and the width 3.35 meters. The replenishment of the lane on the bridge is caused by the increase of road users, especially in Kejapanan-Gempol Highway operation. This study focuses on the planning of abutment, pier, and foundation. The abutment is located in every each of bridge edges with A1JB notation which aims at receiving the upper load and distributes it to the foundation. Moreover, the pier is used for the long rang bridge with P1JB notation. The bridge is planned in accordance with the Indonesian National Standard 1725 the year 2016. The structure of A1JB has a height of 4.525 meters and width 3.50 meters while P1JB is planned with a height of 8.00 meters. The foundation in the planning uses bore pile. According to the N-SPT calculation, the depth for A1JB is 24 meters with a diameter 0.80 meters and a total of 4 items (Qa = 423.54 tons > Vu = 244.45 tons). Meanwhile, the depth for P1JB is 22 meters with the diameter 0.60 meters and total of 8 items (Qa = 549.68 tons > Vu = 263.18 tons).
