Abstract

The UMM INN hotel building uses an ordinary concrete structure or can be called SRPMK (Special Moment Resisting Frame System) by only using the system so that the dimensions of the beam column become larger. Therefore, it must be equipped with shear walls, the combination between shear walls and SRPMK is a popular choice because it is effective in providing security against earthquake conditions, or more so called MULTIPLE SYSTEM, is a structure suitable for category II because at least 25% will be detained by the portal and the rest will be held by the shear wall and make the planning of the structure more economical. From the re-planning of the structure the dimensions of the floor plate thickness were 12 cm, the thickness of the roof plate was 10 cm, the dimensions of the beam were 25/50 cm, the beam was 35/70 cm, the beam was 25/50 cm, the column 70/70 cm, and 30 cm thick shear wall. Reinforcement requirements required by the structure from the analysis and calculation are obtained Ø12 floor plate, Ø10 roof plate, transverse beam D16 with sengkang Ø10, main beam extending D25 with Ø12 sengkang, transverse beam D25 with Ø12 crossing, column D25 with stirrup and restraint D13, and shear walls with vertical reinforcement D16 and horizontal D13. The cross-sectional capacity of the structure is in accordance with the condition that ØMn ≥ Mu; ØVn ≥ Vu; ØPn ≥ Pu.
