Abstract

In this study, we will discuss about making a vehicle brake temperature control system based on the Arduino UNO microcontroller. The temperature control process uses fuzzy logic methods. Fuzzy logic is used so that the system can map the received temperature value and determine the system output value. The output value will be used to determine how much power is given by the system to cool the braking device. The data in this study were obtained from the results of testing directly on the vehicle braking device. For comparative data a tool is used in the form of a thermometer gun to measure temperature and an avometer to measure the amount of power that the system provides. From the test results show that the system has a temperature measurement deviation of 19.3 % with a success rate of fuzzy logic in the system by 86 %.
