Every company needs an employee retention for decrease the cost of new employee recruitment. One of effort to increase the employee retention by increasing Job Embeddedness. Starting with improving Leader Member Exchange’s employee, can be the new start to improve employee’s Job Embeddedness to the company. This research doing by the purpose to find out the correlation between LeaderMember Exchange and Job Embeddednes at 161 employee under supervisor. This quantitative correlasional research are using scale of Leader Member Exchange and Job Embeddedness for assessment with Spearman Rho technique analysis. The result of this research shows that there is correlation between Leader Member Exchange and Job Embeddedness. It is about r = 0,314 that categorized in fair correlation. In conclusion the more efective leader and employee in exchanging their job and duty, the more embed the employee to their company.
