Abstract

Begawan apartment is one of the building structures with a high load structure and a high-rise building, so the apartment has a large dead load and live load, the structure analysis result from STAAD-PRO as supporting application showed the maximum axial was 3310 ton. With a high structure load and based on the results of the analysis of the structure, the structure used pile foundation as its foundation. The most determining stage in pile foundation planning is the carrying capacity. The carrying capacity for single pile gained from the precast spun pile with a 100 cm diameter of the N-SPT in 25 m depth was 718.275 ton. With the efficiency consideration, it was found the group carrying capacity (Ra) was 4257.703 ton ≥ 3400.470 ton, which is from the used of 8 spun piles. The used pile cap dimension was 7.5 m x 6.78 m x 1 m with flexible reinforcement of X gradient D29- 125 mm, Y gradient D29 – 125 mm, shear reinforcement Ø10-100 mm and shrinkage reinforcement D19 – 200 mm. With this load, the total construction settlement was 24 cm during the time of 166 year.
