The background of this research is the reality of multi identity human being. The human being can be social or individual who have identity called body or culture. The cultures make the human being to brotherhood on enemy to other people. The Indonesians countries have territorial from Sabang to Merauke that considered many culture. The culture must find in the human being because it is identity for example the Donggo culture (dou Donggo) in Bima ease, NTB regional. Dou Donggo is the aut hock onus in habitants Mbojo ethnic (Bima) that live at Donggo area on Bima sub regional in NTB. Dou Donggo is still consistent with the norm of the culture in Bima ease. The kingdom of Bima era was to be central of trade in east Intonation because of it be place to interaction from many culture. The interaction from many cultures. The interaction from culture Mbojo ethnic with other culture not accepted by local culture so the local culture leave the kingdom Bima. From the local culture live in the byes Bima area, at the west mountain range and they area called Dou Donggo (mountain people). The kingdom of Bima era, Dou Donggo not accepted the other culture. The want to hold their original culture. They leave the center of kingdom and still saving chair culture. They always obey their leader called “Ncuhi”. Ncuhi is leader tradition charismatic who is central of all Dou Donggo activity because all of statement Ncuhi is wisdom of Dou Donggo for example in the realizing of culture. Together with growth of human age, the substitute in the liveli hood was change, like Dou Donggo. Last time age Dou Donggo still was consistent the norm of than culture with “go out” from center of the culture activity in leader of Ncuhi. Now Dou Donggo lives in their territorial. There are they cannot like that. Interaction of the culture can not stopped with go from out side. Now Ncuhi do not have extremely. The decadence of norm of the culture step­by­step increase with civilization in human being. This reassess used of qualitative research with possibilities study in the Kala village at Donggo area on Bima. This research was examine about communication type of Ncuhi. For still was consistent the norm of the Dou Donggo culture with focus research at celebration a wedding culture and art. The finished of this research was Ncuhi for joint heirs from the local culture do not have interested. The continuity of norm. Of the culture to younger generation Ncuhi just do with communication for example personal communication, community communication and public communication. Ncuhi do not like organization of communication or like with communication mass media for continuity of art and a wedding culture. Finished this research was instruction to Bima government, to always maximum interested ofNcuhi in continuous of the local culture, because it be identity out honchos in habitats Mbojo ethnic.
