Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Occupational Health and Safety Program on the Performance of Pelindo III Surabaya East Java operational employees. This research uses inferential quantitative approach. The primary data obtained from data collected in the form of questionnaires. The respondent of this study were the permanent operational employee of Terminal Jamrud Pelindo III Surabaya, who worked more than 1 year in this company. This research took 34 employee who work on daytime schedule for the sample using purposive sampling technique and analyzed using SPSS 21 with Multiple Linear Regression test equipment. The result obtained from this study indicate that safety occupation has a positive influence on employees performance, but does not have significant effect to their performance. While occupational health has a positive and significant influence on employees performance.
