Abstract

In order supporting production process so that it will be continuosly or stuck because of of some machine failure. It is important to figure out perform action of maintenance or by changing components of the machine installed. The main focus of this problem are how to divine maintenance interval which can minimize maintenance cost. By using RCM Method we can find six critical machine components they are air slight,roll crusher,clinker cooler,rotary kiln,preheater and bucket elevator. Instead of that we also gain interval maintenance for each components also minimum maintenance cost.Based on that result we can conclude that RCM Methode is the occupied method to reach optimal maintenance interval so that minimize total maintenance cost.
