Abstract
The research purpose was to test in empirical way whether ROA, PER, and DER influenced stock return, whether in partial or simultaneous way. Population in this research was go public company which presented financial report and distribute devident in Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2004-2008. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling with population 393 companies and what fulfilled criteria were 14 companies which became samples of research. Analytical tool used was statistical data which was analyzed using several mathematic approach as measurement tool, one of them data normality, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis test. Measurement tool to state ROA, PER, and DER influenced to stock return if the result of F test and t test under of 0.05 with significance 5% there could be said to have significant influence. Analysis result showed that the three variables, ROA, PER and DER researched in partial or individual, three o them has significant influence, while researched in simultaneous or altogether, the three variables, ROA, PER, and DER has significant influence to stock return. It relected from Adjusted R Square value, where the result was 48.4%. the result fit with Maully Cahyuttu (2007) research which stated that in simultaneous way, the three variables has significant influence to the stock return.
