Abstract
Clean water is a basic human need. People use water for drinking, bathing, washing, cooking, etc. To meet these needs, an evaluation and development of clean water for people are needed, so that clean water services can be optimized and comprehensive. This study aims to calculate the needs of clean water and plan for the development of clean water distribution networks in Bugis Village of Water Treatment Plant (IPA) service area. The pipeline network planning process applied WaterNet software. This software serves to analyze the flow of water in the pipe and identify the pressure of each pipe. The evaluation results showed the average water demand in 2018 was 57.33 liters/second a day, the maximum was 63.06 liters/second, and at the peak hours was 86 liters/second. However, in 2032 will increase to 103.72 liters/second a day, the maximum will be 114.09 liters/second, and at the peak hours will be 155.58 liters/second. In the existing distribution network in 2018 the number of nodes was 103, 117 pipes, the largest relative energy of 65.97 m and the smallest of 6.66 m. Whereas the network development in 2032, there will be 128 nodes, 143 pipes, the largest relative energy of 25.27 m, and the smallest of 10 m.
