Abstract

Optimality food is showed by maximizing the breeding livestock. Food inovasion is needed to reduce investation finance in the part of livestock food needed by natural resources process in our environment. This research is to know how food has influence about weight and protein of maggot Hermetia illucents, the research began on November until December 2018. This research used true experiment methods with kuantitatif approach, its plan used the postest only control group design using 24 samples, and decided by two groups, treatment amd control groups. Treatment group has ingredients coconut pulp and tumeric pulp 50% : 50%, coconut pulp and tumeric pulp 75% : 25%, coconut pulp and tumeric pulp 25% : 75%. Based on the laboratory result by Kjeldahl method, and statistics analysis used Anova one way test, so the result of this research is most affective treatment to increase the weight are in comparation treatment coconut pulp and tumeric pulp 75% : 25% with dry and wet weight 4.88g and 2.33 g. While the effective result to insrease protein of maggot Hermetia illucents are the comparation treatment of coconut pulp and tumeric pulp 75% : 25% = 41,45 %. And the result of this research are used to food inovation reference for livestock, and learning process in vocational high school.
