Abstract

Developments in the field of e-marketing technology have indeed been carried out, as well as research related to communication and mindset development. But to integrate all these aspects is still quite rare and has not even been done in the field in certain groups. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide an overview of what needs to be done to increase the economic capacity and resources of the community of Lipa craftsmen 'Sa'be. All aspects of community empowerment, mindset development, e-marketing, and effective and persuasive communication competencies can be integrated to increase the capacity of the community to be independent so that they do not need to continue to depend on the government or other parties who continue to provide assistance. Effective communication and persuasive aspects that can be incorporated into the elements of e-marketing will help craftsmen market products with easy-to-understand explanations while persuading and convincing consumers to make purchases. Content is developed through intensive assistance and is eventually released slowly. In the end, the competence of e-marketing and communication in developing this business will continue to increase with a growth mindset where people will continue to learn and keep up with technological developments.
