Subjects in this study are taken using incidental sampling techniques. Data analysis in this study uses simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a influence on counterproductive work behavior on innovative behavior with a p value of 0.003 <0.05, R2 of 0.078 and the value of B was -0.142 which means that there was a negative influence counterproductive work behavior towards innovative behavior.
