Abstract

Suggestion of Marketing Mix is important in shallot seed companies, because it has great potential for cultivation and high economic benefits. The community who knew this began to think about cultivating shallots through nurseries by doing the marketing mix concept, Marketing Mix. This study discusses the combination of Marketing and to find out the most dominant variable on the satisfaction of red seed customers at CV. Santosa Jaya. Sampling was accidentally used in this study and the sample was 75 customers. This study uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with the help of PLS (partial least square) software. The results showed that the product showed a positive effect on customer satisfaction in terms of the indicators of the quality of onion seeds. Products also become the most dominant variable on customer satisfaction at CV. Santosa Jaya. Products that have seed varieties, complement seeds and good seed characteristics that can increase customer satisfaction. Therefore, companies must improve the quality of shallots so that customers are satisfied and can make full purchases.
