Abstract

Business is an economic activity that is intended to achieve the use value and financial needs developed by business owners, culinary efforts in offering their best products and services. Mie Setan is a business entity that provides food products and services. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that influence consumer satisfaction in Mie Setan (Noodles & Dimsum), to find out which factors are the most dominant to consumer satisfaction in Mie Setan (Noodles & Dimsum), comparing which branches benefit the most in Mie Setan ( Noodles & Dimsum). Determination of the location of this study was done intentionally. The samples used in this study were 2 types, namely the sample of the owner of Mie Setan and the consumers of Mie Satan. The managed sampling method and Mie Setan consumers in this study used accidental sampling and purposive sampling methods. The type of data in this study is the primary data type. Primary data obtained from interviews, observations and questionnaires. Data analysis method used to study the right strategy in the research of Mie Setan (Noodles & Dimsum) using the analysis of Multiple Linear Regression. The conclusion of the results of the analysis that has been carried out from multiple linear regression from the contribution of Mie Setan Gajayana restaurant and Mie Setan Bromo restaurant produce significant data from the 13 variables of each restaurant. The results of this analysis reinforce with the results of the Gajayana restaurant greater than the Bromo restaurant in terms of the number of significance of Multiple Linear Regression and also the value of R Square obtained
