Abstract

In PT.Selecta there is an organization built to manage the Selecta Recreational Park. Moves in the tourism sector and is divided into 3 units namely recreational parks, hotels and restaurants. PT.Selecta's management is done through communication activities between units within the PT. Selecta. Communication at PT.Selecta needs to be reviewed in terms of communication satisfaction and information flow processes and relations with employees with management and between partners. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of communication with PT. Selecta employees. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive in the form of a questionnaire survey. Data collection techniques by random sampling. The sample used in this study amounted to 62 respondents who were employees at PT. Electa. Measurement of data from questionnaires was done by calculating the mean, standard deviation and empirical score test and hypothetical score as a comparison of the results of the analysis. The theory used is measuring satisfaction of communication according to Down and Hazen based on 8 dimensions of communication. From the test results measured the level of communication satisfaction in each dimension so that the level of communication satisfaction in each dimension tested is known. The overall communication satisfaction test results are known to reach a high level of satisfaction. Satisfaction of communication in the organization of PT. Selecta is considered to be very good in the assessment of internal communication audit of PT. Selecta relations.
