Abstract

The research aimed to know the influence of plant hormone and harvest of yield and seed of quality soybean in medium altitude . The experiment was conducted at , during May to August 2006. The randomized complete block Split Plot design was used two factors and three replications. The factors were: (1) Plant growth regulator (Z) consist of 4 levels (Z0 = control, Z1 = giberellin 150 ppm , Z2 = cytokinin 200 ppm, Z3 = giberellin 150 ppm+ cytokinin 200 ppm ) and (2) harvest with 3 levels (H1 = R6 + 10 hr, H2= R6 + 20 hr dan H3= R6 + 30 hr). The research result indicated that there was significant interaction influence of plant growth regulation and harvest to the average of leaf at the age of 63 days after planting. Giberellin 150 ppm improve to the average of plant height, nodes of soybean, average of fresh weight plant, dry weight plant and average of weight 100 seed. Age harvest 80 hst ( R6 + 20 day) able to improve average of fresh weight plant.t 90 ( R6 + 30 day) able to improve average of fertile book, average of fresh weight plant, dry weight plant and average of weight 100 seed. Treatment Giberelin 150 ppm + sitokinin 200 ppm with age harvest 90 hst ( R6 + 30 day) able to improve average of dry weight sprouts.
