Abstract

The problem of allocating of unlimited resources would be emerged when the company must be selecting the level of certain activities that compete in the using of needed limited resources, to doing those activities. Like the case on PT. Raindo Putra Pasuruan that facaded to delay and the lack of production problems, hence it causing unfullfilment the customer�s demand and highest of production cost in every period. If it allowed, it can cause broken the company and lost of change to get the profits also the customer can moves to the other product�s competitor. In order to solve this problems the writer was using Fuzzy Multi-Product Aggregate Production Planning to get the optimal Master Production Schedule that�s means using the resources as wise possible with the expending cost as low possible. To arrange it, the first step is forecasting the demand for three months in the next by using Moving Average, Single Exponential Smoothing, Double Exponential Smoothing, Winters, Linear Trend Method. Next, from that methods will be chosen the best forecast method according to the smallest MAPE�s value and then counting the fuzzy demand, production time and production cost, the second step is to make fuzzy formulation model which include of decision variable, objective and constraint function, then it will processed by Quantitative System program to get the optimal result of Master Production Schedule. By arranging Master Production Schedule with Fuzzy Multi-Product Aggregate Production Planning will be gotten the optimal result, the company can fulfill the demand of customer and economize the production cost equal to Rp. 1.193.749.106,- or 13.14%.
