Abstract

For a company, external public attitudes are one of the things that influence the survival and development of the company. The way a company does to get a positive public attitude is through the Corporate Social Responsibility program. The implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility program is regulated in Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia No. 40 Tahun 2007 about Perseroan Terbatas. This study uses the theory of S-O-R, Individual Difference Theory, and also used Situational Theory of The Public (STP), which aims to find out how visitors behave towards the Skybike CSR program by PT. Alam Lestari Unggul (Nikko Steel) in Singha Merjosari Park. The researcher used a qualitative approach with the type of descriptive research because this research was considered to be a natural setting. Sampling in this study using accidental sampling technique. While the data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman Interactive Model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and also verification and conclusion. Based on the results of the study, visitors's attitudes about the existence of Corporate Social Responsibility Skybike Merjosari is accordance with the S-O-R theory and also the Individual Difference theory used by researchers, where visitors as organisms show a different attitudes as a response to the CSR Skybike as a stimulus. this different of the attitude is the effect of each individual in receiving a stimulus that given in accordance with the characteristics and personal needs of the individual. In addition this research is also relevant to the STP Theory which assumes that different individuals will have attitude which tends to be the same if they are in the same situation. The conclusion of this study is that visitors tend to have a negative attitude that is indicated by the presence of resistance, prejudice, and neglect. The refusal attitude is shown by the rejection of the operational system which makes CSR Skybike not be maximally utilized. Prejudiced attitudes are indicated by negative allegations related to CSR Skybike. As well as negligent attitude indicated by the absence of contributions made by visitors to the CSR Skybike directly. This negative attitude also affects the attitude of visitors to PT. Alam Lestari Unggul (Nikko Steel) as the executor of CSR programs.
