According to Computer Technology Research (CTR) in Website http://lecturer.ekdw.ac.id/anton/multimedia.php: people are able to remember 20% of the visual object. People are able to remember 30% of the audio object. People are able to remember 50% of the audiovisual object. Peoples are able to remember 30% of the audio, visual and done object. Based on the riset, many human resources development department/instance andorganization start to use audiovisual multimedia as the media in communicating messages with the expectation that 50% message content are informed effectively. Communication effect is the change occurred on the communicant, both in the form of knowledge, attitude (the way of think, feels, pleasure, and tendency to act, covert), and the obvious behavior or action (overt). Communicator should learn about the way to design the messages in order to reach the target (effective). Kotler (2002: 633) said that it requires to solve four problems in formulating advertisement form (in this case, researcher focuses on the message by ESQ display using audio visual multimedia), they are: (1) what is the content of the message (message content), (2) how to communicate it logically (message structure), (3) how to communicate it symbolically (message format), and (4) who should communicate the message (message resources). Those fourth problems should be formulate as attractive as possible to attract audience’s interest. In this case, researcher is only studying three things and does not study about the sources of the message. It is because ESQ is displayed through audiovisual multimedia in the form of animation, symbols, pictures, and sound or music. Multimedia usage should concern about the message content, structure, and format. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of message content (X1), message structure (X2), and message format (X3) to ESQ value implementation (Y) on the ESQ training alumni on the collegian level in Malang. Research method is correlation descriptive quantitative method using survey technique. Descriptive statistical analysis is used to describe, to record, to analyze, and to interpret the data from audiovisual multimedia utilization variables, which divided into independent subvariables and ESQ value implementation as the dependent variable.
