Control systems play a part which of vital importance in growth of technology and science. Most of all companies in world apply control systems as a means of assist to control process that happened automatically. By applying control systems theory got by amenity in obtaining performance at the same time improve repair response of system of dynamic as expected, improving quality and degrade production cost. Algorithm of Genetic is based on seeking is natural selection mechanism. By using genetic algorithm will be strived to be optimal of membership functions amount of fuzzy value and of controller PI. This research applying of genetic algorithm in doing membership function optimally and order controller of fuzzy and also PI controller to control process of urea solution feed to granulator. This examination is done with program of Matlab R2008A and done in 100 generation. Got result indicate that constructively Genetic Algorithm determination of function of membership at logic control of fuzzy system and of controller PI will give optimal system response for the urea of granulator to feed solution. At process of optimal need time old ones so that can be done by the way of on-line. This matter is caused by algorithm process of genetic use laboring natural evolution at random.
