Abstract

PT Selecta doing a Corporate Social Responsibility programs are not only for public prosperity but also pay attention about environment. Greening programs is one of the programs of Corporate Social Responsibility which is conducted by PT Selecta. This research aims to explain the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to the Company’s image. Case study in this research are Tulungrejo Villagers. The type of research is explanatory research. The questionnaire used in collecting the data in this research. Selection of respondents using accidental sampling technique and obtained as many as 85 respondents. The method of analysis used in this research is simple regression analysis, with tests performed include validity and reliability test, classical assumption, F test, and the coefficient of determination with a significance level of 5% research. Based to research result showed that greening programs of corporate social responsibility affect to image company’s. From the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing yields the value of the test results show Fcount of 42.695 and Ftable of 3.96 with the level of significance (= 5%). This means that there is a significant effect between the variables of CSR implementation on the variable corporate image. So Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted and in other words, the better the public's understanding of the implementation of the Greening CSR program by PT Selecta, the better the company's image in the eyes of the community.
