Abstract

Indonesia is a tropical country which has the widest third forest after Brazil and the Congo, of that resulted in the high biodiversity of species of flora or fauna in Indonesia. One of these fungi that occupy second place after insect i.e. amounting to 1.5 million species of fungi in the world (Suharna, 1993). However, increasing over the function of the forest that existed in Indonesia one of them making TAHURA endemic flora and fauna become extinct quickly. Thus for the sake of maintaining the sustainability and add information, it needs one study regarding the diversity of fungi and analysis of carbohydrate in the Park area of the forest Kingdom of Raden Soerjo. Methods used i.e. cruise method. The stages of the research process covering administration, preparation of tools and materials, observation, exploration, identification, sampling, gift code, extraction of mushrooms, and test analysis of carbohydrates. Parameter consists of observations of the morphology of the fungus (hood, stalk, stem diameter mushroom, height, width and length of a hood or diameter). It also uses the parameter as supporting data i.e., way of life, habitats and environmental state of the fungus, discoloration of the carbohydrate analysis. The determination of the sampling is done by observing the characteristics of fungi. As for knowing the diversity of characters of mold observations done with the test and analysis of morphology of carbohydrates in order to find out the qualitative content of carbohydrates in the sample. The results have been obtained, that the parameter with the most diversity in the form of banks, consisting of (Striate cortex, Tuberculate, Inrolled, Entire, Rimose) and the texture of the outside on the stalk, include (Pre-pubescent, Glabrous, Reticulate, Valutinate and Fibrillose). Environmental conditions have an air temperature of 20 – 24 ° C with a humidity of 60% and 91 – light intensity on average 53 lux. Habitat the majority stuck to the mushroom tree stands, a way of life in a group (colonial) and individuals (solitary). While the analysis of the test sample is positive, all carbohydrates contain carbohydrates are marked with the color changes to green, yellow or orange and red brick. Samples with the most amount of carbohydrates in a sample of LB 13 with distinctive red bricks, while the other samples that have 7 levels of carbohydrates the same with green.
