Abstract

Thematics learning apllies various kind of teaching medias to support the accomplishment of the learning goals. Various kind of teaching medias was used in the learning process of the 4th grade students in SDN Dampit VII. One of the teaching media that being used is Students Activity Paper (LKPD). However, it bought from a publisher which the contents are still simple because of the less attractive design of the LKPD, the learning material applied less communicative language. A small number of exercises, when it comes to the group assignment section, the work page were inadequate therefore the students need to provide it themself. The instruction of the activity is unclear or even not stated. as a result, the students hardly understand and doing the task. It can be seen that all the students are less enthusiasticin using the present LKPD. The intended aim of this current research is to create a product in form of LKPD teaching material paper bag theme 4 various job sub-theme 1 types of jobs 4th grade of elementary school. This current research and development were conducted by employing ADDIE research and development model; analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subject of this research is the 4th grade students of SDN Dampit VII Dampit sub-district Malang district, with 38 as the total of the subject. The research was conducted in the school year 2018/2019. The data collection technique were using interview, observation, questionnaire, and documentation. LKPD paper bag is a worth use teaching media in a learning process, after going through the validity test. The result of the LKPD teaching media validator expert percentage calculation is 83% with a good qualification which means LKPD paper bag is valid enough with a little revision and already been implemented on a learning activity. The result of the tematic teaching material validator expert percentage is 97% with a very good qualification which means that LKPD paper bag is very valid with no revision and can be implemented on a learning activity. The result of the LKPD paper bag trials or implementation in the 4th grade of Dampit elementary school VII, which the average score of the students learning result on the theme 4 various job sub-theme 1 types of jobs is 86, with a complete category or with the score above the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). The questionnaire percentage of the student's response is 88% with very good qualification, which means that the students are interested in the presence of the LKPD paper bag in a learning. The questionnaire percentage of the 4th grade teachers response is 81% with good qualification, which means that according to the teachers, the presence of LKPD paper bag can be well implemented and supports the learning to be better.
