Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the income of green mustard farming, and analyze the factors that influence the production of green mustard greens. The location of the research is taken purposively. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression and income analysis. The results showed that green mustard agribusiness in the use of inputs namely labor area, seeds, urea fertilizer, ZA fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, callicron pesticide, dithane pesticides can affect production yields and increase commodity selling value if the use is done optimally. Production yields are 1,984 Kg, with revenues of Rp. 3,102,976 and income of Rp. 507,476 per one harvest with an R / C ratio of 1.2 indicating that every additional Rp. 1 the income increased by Rp. 1 because R / C ratio> 1 can be interpreted that mustard farming in Banjarejo village is profitable and feasible to be developed. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the area of land, labor, seeds, urea fertilizer, and Dithane pesticides together play a significant role in the number of production of green mustard greens. Variables of NPK fertilizer, ZA fertilizer, and callicron pesticides do not play a significant role in the amount of green mustard production, if a significant role needs to be added to increase the amount of green mustard production. Distribution is intended for the consumer market, there are two types of channels. The first channel is that respondents often use collectors as intermediaries to distribute goods to large traders who then sell them to the main markets, then sell them to traditional markets, and purchases by retailers are served by large traders, and consumer purchases are served by retailers only. The second channel is the direct distribution channel
